| IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO READ OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE. PLEASE DIRECT ALL HEALTH OR MEDICAL QUESTIONS TO YOUR VETERINARIAN. D & D Cocker Spaniels and Chihuahuas The seller, D&D Cocker Spaniels and Chihuahuas warrants that the cocker spaniel or chihuahua puppy is in good health and free from disease (including parvo) and/or genetic defect. We require you to take the puppy to a veterinarian of your choice within 48 hours of receiving your pup and get his or her approval of the overall condition of your pup. The health of the puppy is only guaranteed for 48 hours from the date of pickup and/or after leaving our premises. Buyer is responsible for continued vaccinations. FAILURE TO CONTINUE WITH VACCINATION SCHEDULE AND OR PROPER MEDICAL CARE WILL VOID THIS AGREEMENT. Genetics: D&D will replace the puppy for 6 months from their date of birth if it has been determined to have a genetic defect that would cause death of the puppy. No replacement will be given without documentation by a licensed veterinarian and documentation is the responsiibility of the buyer. D&D is not responsible for any Cherry Eye or allergies the puppy may develop after leaving our premises as this is not a life threatening situation and is the responsibility of the buyer. Seller is not responsible for any worms and parasites found in the puppy. We reserve the right to have the pup examined by the vet of our choice at our expense if any claims are made against us. D&D is not responsible for any illnesses that the puppy could acquire after leaving our premises. Instructions have been given on the feeding schedule of the puppy and its daily routine. This agreement is voided if any type of abuse and/or neglect is evident or can be shown to exist or have existed. This agreement does not cover accidental injury or death. You must understand that puppies may be returned due to human error in your judgment (ex.: not quite ready for a pup as you thought; not willing to provide proper medical care for the pup, training the pup, or vacation conflicts in your schedule). For replacement to new permanent homes, however, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Puppies are not a pair of shoes you can try on or a car you can take for a test drive. Breeders can not be held responsible for things that are out of our control. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND ALL SALES ARE FINAL at the time of delivery of your puppy. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN . |
